- Only available in Sacramento county however, I cannot rent in the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Galt, Isleton, or Rancho Cordova
- $470 + 3% = $484
- Rental Includes 1.25 tons or 2500lbs of trash
- Over that tonnage is billed at $95 per ton
- Only allowed max of 2.5 ton /5,000lbs total in dumpster, penalty for over loaded dumpster.
- Payment is required at time of reservation by debit/credit card
- Rental includes 5 days, any days over is billed at $40 per day
- Relocation of dumpster on site is $120 fee
- Dry run fee is $80, meaning if we cannot place or pickup dumpster
- Trash cannot be above sides of the dumpster, if so can be charged $60 to level out before we leave site.
- $20 discount for 2nd dumpster rented if swap out at time of 2nd delivery
- $40 discount for Separated clean loads: clean construction wood, brush, metal, cardboard
- Cannot use equipment to compact dumpster
- Unauthorized items: Anything Hazardous, shingles, dirt, stucco, concrete, rocks, bricks, tile, multiple wood rounds, railroad ties, treated wood, pressure treated wood
- Extra charges for: Minimum of $20 per item, tires, electronics/tvs, appliances, couches/loveseats/recliners, mattress, box springs, propane tanks.
- All the above we can haul with our trash hauling company but cannot be put in the dumpster
- There is a non-refundable cancelation fee of $25 if a dumpster is canceled after payment has been processed
