- Only available in Sacramento County and West Sacramento. however, I cannot rent in the cities of Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, Galt, Isleton, or Rancho Cordova

- Dimensions are 11’ L x 7.5’ W x 5’ T

- Only allowed max of 2.5 ton /5,000lbs total in dumpster, meant more for tin, very limited on heavy metal. There is a penalty for over loaded dumpster.

- Payment is required at time of reservation by card

- Rental includes 5 days, any days over is billed at $40 per day

- Relocation of dumpster on site is $120 fee

- Dry run fee is $80, meaning if we cannot place or pickup dumpster when on site

- Metal cannot be above sides of the dumpster, if so can be charged $60 to level out before we leave site. 

- If there is any trash in dumpster then the rental turns in to a trash load and will be billed as a trash load.

Unauthorized items:

- Cannot put any appliances in the dumpster, Example: Fridge, Freezer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Hot Water Heater.

- No licensed vehicles, Example: cars, trucks, motor cycles, quads, ect.

- No tanks of any kind: air compressor, propane tank, air tank

- No 35 or 55 gallon drums

- Anything with a gas motor unless it’s drained of oil and gas and oil pan removed. Example: car truck motor, transmission, lawn mower, weed eater, power washer, ect

If any of the unauthorized items listed above are in dumper they will be billed at minimum of $20 per item

- $20 discount for 2^nd dumpster rented if swap out at time of 2^nd delivery

- Cannot use equipment to compact dumpster

- There is a non-refundable cancelation fee of $25 if a dumpster is canceled after payment has been processed
